I'm very happy to play with my own trio
at 'Gent Jazz', 'Gentse Feesten' and 'Jazz in't Park'

Bram Weijters Trio is selected for the contest 'Jong Jazz Talent' in Ghent.
Besides this, the trio will also perform at 'Jazz in't Park' in Ghent august
and play some small club concerts in Leuven and Antwerp.

Bram Weijters recorded with Chad McCullough (US)

End of june I did a tour with the Seattle based trumpet player Chad McCullough.
We also did a recording and since we're very happy with the music,
we're planning to release this on an album. 
Hopefully this will work out soon, and hopefully it will be released
not only in the States but in Belgium as well…

International Workshop in Jazz and Creative Music (Canada)

I attended this great 3-week workshop, met a lot of great musicians, played lots of sessions, did some nice recordings and learned a lot of the great faculty that included a.o. Dave Douglas, Ravi Coltrane, Drew Gress,…
I'm hoping to put some music form there on this site soon...

Our album with Koen Nys Quintet will be released
nov, 19th 2010 in De Werf, Bruges

And we will do a release tour with the band.

20 march, 2010:

We're recording a new album with Hamster Axis
of the one-click Panther

It will be released around october, by De Werf. And it will sound great!
The band will do a release tour as well.

Friday november 20th we were guest in the live programm 'Neve', at the occasion of
the presentation of the festival 'De Muze 45’, where we played live as usual at the 'Muze',
the jazz café of Antwerp.

Fables Of Fungus is back

The band which brings the Charles Mingus repertoire back to life,
has performed at the ‘De Muze 45’ festival !
Its was unique opportunity. We hope for more.

Dez Mona presents the new album 'Hilfe kommt'

This new and sparkling album is available in the store. 
On top of that we perform in a number of 'presentation-concerts'. 
In France we have presented the album in a number of radio broadcasts.
